Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and managing P&L for the Virginia market. You will recruit, train, and develop branch staff, while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.
You will lead recruiting strategies, set pay/bill rates, and monitor client satisfaction, KPIs, and SLAs. The role requires strong leadership and strategic planning in a fast-paced staffing environment.
