Job description
The Staff Pad seeks an experienced Branch Manager for its Grand Rapids, MI location to lead daily operations, sales, and customer relationships. You will oversee inventory, shipping, repairs, and vendor coordination while driving growth and profitability.
You will mentor the sales team, partner with corporate on hiring and training, and ensure branch performance aligns with corporate goals. Occasional evenings/weekends and limited travel are required.
