Job description
The Adecco Group in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a Branch Manager to drive growth by winning new clients and expanding existing accounts, while overseeing branch P&L and cost control.
You’ll recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, ensure service levels and SLAs, and present monthly business reviews to senior leadership.
This role requires strategic sales leadership and relationship-building with HR and operations to continuously improve service quality for candidates and clients.
