Job description
SpringHill Suites Phoenix Gilbert, a Generation Hospitality Group property, seeks a Director of Sales to drive top-line revenue across corporate, group, extended-stay, sports and leisure segments. Lead the sales strategy, open accounts, and sustain momentum in a ramp-up environment.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality sales with leadership experience, plus familiarity with the Phoenix East Valley market and Marriott systems (Fosse, MiNT, RFP).
