SpringHill Suites Phoenix Gilbert is seeking a Director of Sales to drive top-line revenue for a brand-new hotel in the East Valley. You will own the sales strategy across corporate, group, extended-stay, sports and leisure segments, partnering with leadership to achieve and exceed budget.
The role requires ramp-up experience, strong relationship building, and a proven ability to lead a sales team in a fast-paced market.
