Job description
Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Registered Operations Leader (ROL) to manage branch operations, support advisors, and drive client experience. This role offers leadership of staff, financial reporting, and collaboration with Branch Manager and Regional leaders in a growth-oriented environment.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience, securities licenses or ability to obtain them within 150 days, and strong communication and organizational skills.
