CITITRENDS in Baltimore is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our growing team. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, oversee daily operations, and support hiring, onboarding, and development of store associates.
You will lead a team to meet sales goals, ensure customer experience and adherence to policies, manage inventory and loss prevention, and coach staff for performance and growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
