GUESS Factory in Arlington, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
You will recruit, train, and develop staff, uphold visual merchandising standards, manage payroll and loss prevention, and report to the District Manager. Candidates should have at least two years of store management experience and a high school diploma; physical requirements apply.
