Job description
Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Growth Enablement Director to lead JREDD's workforce delivery program across three business units. You will translate headcount plans into a living recruiting calendar and drive onboarding from offer to productivity.
You will partner with BU leaders, HR, and external search partners to build intake, onboarding, and ramp-to-productivity processes, ensuring timely hires and strong first-year retention.
