Job description
onX is seeking a Director of Growth Engineering to lead Growth engineering across iOS, Android, and Web, driving user acquisition, activation, and conversion. You will shape strategy, set architectural standards, and mentor multiple platform teams while partnering with marketing and data teams to maximize ARR and LTV.
The role requires 4+ years in technical leadership, a strong SDLC background, and a passion for experimentation and AI-enabled growth.
