New Schools for Baton Rouge (NSBR) is seeking an Executive Director of Growth to lead statewide charter expansion and growth strategy across Louisiana. The role partners with the CEO, leads the investments pipeline, and manages a small leadership team with up to 40% travel.
You will drive partnerships with state education bodies, funders, and operators to scale high-quality charter schools and outcomes for students.
