Job description
Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store leadership in New York. You will supervise store associates, uphold brand standards, develop talent and ensure excellent customer experiences across in-store and Omni-channel channels.
You will collaborate with the Store Manager to meet KPIs, manage scheduling, and drive sales while maintaining compliance with company policies and inventory controls.
