Job description
The Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to lead client growth, recruitment, and branch P&L. You’ll recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while delivering superior service to candidates and clients.
Responsibilities include growing and retaining accounts, managing workloads and KPI SLAs, setting pay/bill rates, and presenting monthly business reviews to leadership. A strong sales/people management background is required.
