Job description
ICW Group is seeking a remote/field Business Development Underwriter to build a profitable book of business and strengthen agency partnerships. You will underwrite and price risks, monitor portfolio performance, and drive cross-sell opportunities across Commercial Lines.
Role requires strong relationship skills, knowledge of underwriting guidelines, and ability to travel as needed within the U.S. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
