Job description
EverPeak Recruitment is seeking a Director of Operations for a growing Central New York manufacturer to lead manufacturing, planning, quality, supply chain, and maintenance.
With ~50 employees and two shifts, this hands-on role requires building teams, driving Lean initiatives, and creating scalable operational systems in a collaborative environment. Reporting to the President, you will shape long-term strategy and tackle day-to-day operational challenges.
