Job description
Valencia Group is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to drive revenue across rooms, banquets, and catering at Lone Star Court in Austin. You will lead and train the sales team, oversee marketing strategies, and coordinate with corporate partners to execute campaigns.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in sales/marketing leadership within hospitality, strong analytics, and a track record of achieving revenue goals. This role is on-site in Austin, TX, with travel as needed.
