Job description
Winco is seeking a Director of Sales & Service to lead the Sales, Customer Service/Technical Support, and Marketing teams. You will expand our distributor network, drive revenue, and optimize aftermarket support to ensure fast, high-integrity service for customers.
Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the executive leadership team, you will define and execute the commercial growth strategy while collaborating with finance, operations, and engineering to meet objectives.
