Job description
Maepole is seeking a General Manager to lead a front- and back-of-house team in a high-volume, chef-driven fast-casual restaurant. You will implement systems, oversee daily operations from service to inventory, and champion our culture and guest experience.
Collaborate with chefs on menu execution, seasonal rollouts, and kitchen consistency while driving results through smart scheduling and hands-on leadership.
