Job description
Edgewood Properties, Inc. seeks a Property Manager for our luxury Villas at Fairway in Piscataway, NJ. The Community Manager will maximize financial performance, oversee daily operations, and drive resident satisfaction across a 6,000+ unit portfolio expanding rapidly.
You will lead strategic initiatives, manage NOI, budgets, and capital plans, and guide leasing to 95% occupancy. RealPage is used for expense tracking and reporting; a strong leadership presence is essential.
