Job description
Burger King in Humble, TX is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team of 10–45 employees, and drive guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability across shifts.
The RGM reports to a District Manager, manages financial controls, staff development, and compliance, works long and irregular hours as needed, and ensures a safe, welcoming environment for customers and employees.
