Job description
Carter’s is seeking a Store Manager in Washington to lead a team and be the brand’s first face for families shopping for baby and kids’ apparel. You will coach staff to deliver exceptional service, manage store operations, and develop leaders for long-term growth.
The role requires at least 3 years in retail management, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
