Job description

We are launching a new direction within the crash games vertical and are looking for a professional who will help us build partnerships, processes, and go-to-market approaches for the product.

This is a hybrid role at the intersection of Account Management, Partnerships, and Growth. We are looking for Growth Key Account Manager who understands the crash games market from the inside: knows how integrations work, understands which promotional mechanics actually drive results, how operators make decisions, and what impacts product growth after launch.

We are not looking for someone to operate within a fully established system. We want a person who is eager to influence the growth of the vertical, take ownership, and work comfortably in an environment where many processes are still being built.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Partnerships Development & First Integrations

Build relationships with operators, aggregators, and other industry partners

Leverage your existing network to drive first launches and integrations

Manage partners from the initial contact through launch and further collaboration

Collect and structure market feedback

Go-To-Market & Crash Vertical Development

Help shape product go-to-market approaches

Analyze which promotional mechanics and activities perform best within the crash vertical

Share market expertise, trends, and best practices with the internal team

Help the team make decisions based on real market experience

Promo & Product Expertise

Participate in shaping promotional features, including tournaments, bonus mechanics, lobby placements, retention tools, etc.

Communicate partner and market needs to the product and development teams

Participate in prioritization together with the product team

Analytics & Operational Processes

Track the performance of launches and promotional activities

Analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights

Help build operational processes around partnerships, launches, and performance tracking

Prepare regular reports on partner activity and performance

Industry Representation

Participate in major iGaming conferences and industry events

Expand and maintain a strong network within the crash games industry

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in iGaming in roles such as:

Skills & abilities:

Deep understanding of the crash vertical and product growth mechanics

Strong communication and relationship management skills

High level of ownership and self-management

Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with evolving priorities

Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach

English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:
