Job description
Iru is seeking a Head of Growth to own the full demand generation engine across paid media, campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and field events. You will lead a team, set strategic goals, and ensure pipeline and revenue targets are met with disciplined budgeting and analytics.
The role requires deep expertise in B2B SaaS growth, paid media, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Brand/Creative, Content, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing Ops.
