Job description
Pika Labs Inc. in Palo Alto is seeking a Head of Growth who will own activation, retention, and monetization for a creative AI video platform.
You will run rapid experiments, develop user insights, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to drive growth that scales with millions of creators.
The role requires 2–5 years in product management or growth, strong SQL skills, and a bias for fast learning and bold experimentation.
