Job description
Lykos seeks a Head of Growth to build and lead business development, sales, and government affairs with the CEO and DoW liaisons. You will own the path from first relationship to paid reorders, and help shape policy for distributed repair and sustainment across the DoW.
You will manage a pipeline across OEMs, depots, and program offices, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships. Travel 40-50% and lead a team to scale a growth function.
