Job description
Fabula in the United States is seeking a Head of Growth, a senior performance media buyer and creative strategist who has already scaled D2C brands. You will own the growth engine, primarily via paid media (Meta), with Google/TikTok support, and lead creative testing and funnel optimization.
This role demands a data-driven, hands-on leader who can identify winning hooks, manage production of UGC, and drive profitable scale while collaborating closely with the founders.
