Job description
Lightship Energy, Inc. seeks a Director/VP of Marketing to own the strategy, team, and numbers. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will craft a marketing plan that links brand exposure to pipeline and revenue, maintaining a North Star while adapting to quarterly shifts in a growth-stage hardware company.
You will lead a small team, drive demand generation, and build a dashboard to track CAC, pipeline, and conversions, collaborating closely with product, sales, and operations.
