eJam is seeking a Head of Growth to own the digital demand engine across DTC, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and paid social. You will drive profitable new customer acquisition, improve LTV, and scale a multichannel growth machine toward a revenue trajectory capable of supporting $100M+ while preserving contribution margin discipline.
This role combines performance marketing, creative strategy, data fluency, and cross-functional leadership.
