Not Your Mother’s Haircare is seeking a Head of Marketing & Commercialization to drive growth and shape the commercial strategy across brand, innovation, and go-to-market. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver results, while leading the end-to-end marketing function and a cross-functional team for rapid, consumer-led execution.
