Job description
Parsons is seeking a Senior Technical Director - Growth/Major Projects, US East to lead pursuit planning, bid readiness, and delivery excellence for complex infrastructure across the eastern United States.
You will collaborate with sector leadership, capture teams, project directors, and external partners to shape winning strategies for design-build and P3 programs valued at more than $500M, ensuring performance, risk management, and client satisfaction.
