Position Overview
A leading consumer-facing digital company is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to support customer-acquisition initiatives across multiple paid digital channels. This person will join a fast-moving marketing team that uses data, creativity, and experimentation to improve campaign performance and attract new customers.
This role is ideal for an early-career digital marketer who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You will support paid-search and programmatic initiatives while coordinating the creative requests, project tickets, timelines, and cross-functional communication required to bring campaigns to market.
Employment Type: Six-month contract with the potential to extend
Work Arrangement: Ideally onsite once per week; fully remote candidates may also be considered
Key Responsibilities
Support digital acquisition campaigns across paid search, programmatic, display, video, web, and native advertising channels.
Coordinate campaign launches, creative requests, project tickets, data entry, and marketing calendars.
Track projects from the initial request through completion, keeping deadlines, dependencies, approvals, and next steps organized.
Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Product, and Growth Marketing teams to bring campaigns to market.
Communicate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners regarding campaign needs and deliverables.
Help manage and monitor a significant monthly media investment.
Review campaign data, identify performance trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Support campaign optimization, A/B testing, and ongoing experimentation.
Maintain accurate project information using Miro, Wrike, Airtable, or comparable platforms.
Proactively identify potential roadblocks, follow up on open items, and keep stakeholders informed.
Qualifications
One to three years of digital marketing experience, ideally within programmatic advertising, paid search, media buying, performance marketing, or customer acquisition.
Experience coordinating campaign launches, creative deliverables, marketing calendars, or cross-functional projects.
Strong project-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Comfortable reviewing campaign data and performance reports.
Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to follow projects through completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
A proactive and confident approach, with the willingness to ask questions, raise concerns, and take ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Miro, Wrike, Airtable, or a similar project-management platform.
Familiarity with A/B testing and digital campaign optimization.
Experience working with agencies, media vendors, or external partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
