Job description
Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Director of Marketing & Broker Relations in Washington state to drive membership growth, broker engagement, market intelligence, and brand awareness across pooled insurance programs.
You will lead onboarding with broker agencies and state associations, manage prospect pipelines, and develop campaigns and materials while collaborating with leadership to support sustainable growth and strong stakeholder relationships.
