Job description
Flow Engineering is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the demand engine behind our go-to-market, shaping how engineering leaders in aerospace, defense, automotive, and adjacent industries discover Flow and convert awareness into qualified pipeline.
You will own pipeline targets with sales, build an inbound motion across content, search, paid, email, and web with strong attribution, and run ABM campaigns against a defined list of hardware engineering organizations.
