Job description
Upbound is hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to own the Upbound funnel end to end. This AI-first role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will not bolt AI onto a legacy demand generation playbook, but build AI-native growth capabilities for enterprise and product-led motions.
You will lead campaigns, the marketing stack, and the growth team, focusing on paid media, organic channels, and lifecycle marketing with a metrics-driven approach to conversion and revenue.
