Job description
Thera (YC S22) is looking for a Marketing Lead to drive demand generation in New York City. This role is hands-on and focuses on top-of-funnel efforts including ads, events, and creative experiments.
The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7+ years of marketing experience, a strong storyteller, and a bias towards action. Compensation ranges from $80K to $150K, offering independence and ownership of outcomes.
In-person presence in NYC is required for this dynamic position.
