LoadUp is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own our growth engine across DTC and marketplace channels. This strategic, hands-on leadership role is onsite at Avalon in Alpharetta, GA — with direct influence over revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and long-term customer value.
You will define and execute growth marketing, lifecycle programs, and marketplace growth, lead a high-performing team, and partner closely with product, analytics, and finance to optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, and unit
