BD is seeking an Associate Director, International Business for Growth Markets to drive profitable growth across CASA, LATAM, and META regions from Covington, GA. You will shape international strategy and align regional leaders to accelerate commercial performance.
You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives with global platform teams, manage go-to-market models, pricing governance, and investment cases, while traveling up to 25% and working mostly onsite.
