Job description
Burger King Valparaiso is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction, managing a team of 10–45 employees. The RGM oversees the restaurant’s management team, financial controls, operations, and compliance across all shifts.
You will work long or irregular hours as needed, reporting to a District Manager and directly managing Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers. Equal opportunity employer.
