Job description
Essen Healthcare is seeking an Associate Director, Growth Operations to manage and drive growth of innovative healthcare programs. You will lead an inside sales team, redesign patient sales funnels, and establish partnerships for enhanced patient access.
With a strong background in healthcare, sales management, and communication, the ideal candidate will ensure productivity targets are met while delivering compassionate care to underserved populations.
The salary ranges between $75,000 to $85,000 with an OTE bonus potential of 65% of the base.
