Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Director of Operations & Business Development for Farmington, MI. This full-time leadership role will independently manage the branch, drive growth, and coordinate corporate training and support.
You will lead marketing, develop referral networks, hire and onboard staff, manage on-call coverage, and uphold client satisfaction. A strong emphasis on culture, autonomy, and performance is required.
