Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey seeks a Director, Growth Operations to lead NovaOneApply’s growth engine from Newark, NJ. You will guide a small team focusing on pipeline management, qualification, meeting generation, forecasting, CRM excellence, and enterprise sales coordination.
In this role, you will design scalable processes, leverage AI tools for prospecting, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and Legal to drive executive-level meetings and growth analytics.
