WenTex Foods LLC (Wendy's) is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations in Broken Bow, OK and nearby Wendy's locations in Texas. You will focus on food quality, service, and cleanliness while coaching the team to meet performance goals.
You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and development, manage cost controls and P&L, and ensure health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in QSR leadership and a hands-on, growth-oriented approach.
