Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Renton to lead store associates, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role supports the Store Manager in all areas and assumes primary duties in their absence. Emphasis on brand standards, store operations, and omni-channel initiatives.
The candidate will develop teams, recruit when needed, and ensure processes are executed with accuracy, while maintaining a safe store environment and strong customer focus.
