Job description
Goodwill of the Heartland in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to lead and support a motivated retail team. The ASM assists the Store Manager, trains staff, and ensures a safe, well-merchandised store with excellent customer service.
Starting wage is $15.92 per hour with incentive pay based on store performance; shifts rotate across morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends.
