Job description
Thomas James Homes, LLC. is seeking a Sales Manager in Bellevue, WA to drive sales across Buy, Buy & Build, BUILD, and BUILD+ products. You will nurture brokers and buyers from first contact to closing, lead a sales team, and coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Design.
You will analyze sales programs, streamline processes, coach staff, and manage Salesforce CRM while ensuring accurate engagement data. This role requires strong negotiation and leadership in a hybrid work environment.
