Job description
AccruePartners in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Growth Partner to join the internal team and accelerate firm growth. This is a production seat where you’ll learn recruiting and sales, build client relationships, and earn real commissions from day one.
You’ll own full-cycle recruitment, source candidates, and manage a Carolinas-based client portfolio, with a hybrid work setup after an initial 90-day in-office period.
