Growth Partnerships Lead — Spain & Portugal

Job description

HiBob is seeking a Partnerships Manager to scale the partner ecosystem across EuroWest, with a primary focus on Spain and Portugal. You will identify and recruit strategic partners, enable them to generate pipeline, and drive new business in a high-growth SaaS environment.

You will work closely with GTM teams to build a thriving partner channel, leveraging existing networks in HR, consulting, technology, or SaaS. Travel across the region will be required.
