Job description
Compass, Inc. in Chevy Chase, MD is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to drive net-new pipeline for our Strategic Growth Team. You will educate our agent community on benefits of contributing to Compass International Holdings and identify who in their network should be introduced to our closing team.
You’ll be part of a formal SGP-to-SGM training program, partnering with top-performing managers to build prospecting strategies and drive growth in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
