Job description
LPL Financial is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Growth Program Operations to scale advisor referral and partnership programs within the Growth Strategy and Enablement team. You will own end-to-end operational health, drive scalable infrastructure, and ensure quality and compliance as volume grows.
You will collaborate across Compliance, Licensing, Onboarding, and Compensation to align priorities and deliver repeatable processes that support advisor growth and firm objectives.
