Grundmeyer Leader Services is seeking national consultants to lead search work. The mission of the search firm is to "Transform education one leader at a time." The work includes:
Presentations to the school board
Recruiting qualified candidates
Monthly team meetings
Leading interviews
Sorting and presenting candidates
Communication with potential candidates
Work sessions with board teams
Negotiating contracts
Drafting press releases
Marketing search services
The search firm is expanding to other states based on new consultants and the opportunities for expansion. Consultants are paid based on the percent of the work they do to complete a search.
